In an emergency, clarity is everything. That’s why we’ve introduced Emergency Rollcall — a fast, secure way for site teams to account for everyone on site, directly from the One.site dashboard.

What is Emergency Rollcall?

Emergency Rollcall creates a dedicated, passwordless rollcall page for each site. It shows all operatives, staff, and visitors currently signed in and allows site managers to mark individuals as safe with a single click, or export a printable list if preferred.

It’s designed for speed and accessibility, ensuring that teams can respond quickly and confidently during an evacuation.

Instant visibility

See everyone currently signed in to site, including operatives, staff, and visitors.

Mark individuals as safe
Tap once to mark each person safe. Counts at the top show total people signed in, number marked safe, and those still unmarked.

Printable rollcall
Need a paper list? Download or print a clean list for manual ticking, ideal for handing to emergency services.

Secure access, no login needed
Each site has its own 4-digit PIN and a dedicated URL for quick, secure access, even without logging into the app.
The URL can also be turned into a QR code for display at muster points.



How to access

  • Go to your Site Admin dashboard​​​​

  • Click Emergency Rollcall (red button under “Edit Site / Check-In Staff”)

  • Enter your 4-digit site PIN to open the rollcall in a new tab

Alternatively, Site Admins can find and share the static rollcall URL on the Edit Site screen.
